This page contains step-by-step instructions about logging into your Behavioral Tech Institute (BTECH) account and also provides support for orders through the BTECH Store.

Login to Your Account

Click the link in the footer of any page on the BTECH website that says “My Account.”

Enter your email address and password under the Login heading. Click “Log In”.

Save your changes

Reset Your Password

Within Your Account
  • Log in to your account.
  • Click the “Account details” link on your dashboard.
Reset Your Password

Under “Password change”, enter your current password and confirm your new password.

Click the “Save Changes” button.

Lost Your Password?

Navigate to the Lost Password page.

A link is located below the Login button on the “My Account” page.

Enter your email address. This should be the primary email address on your account.

Click “Reset Password”.

Check your email for a link where you can reset your password. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive an email within five minutes.

If you need assistance in generating a temporary password for your account, please contact us.

Change Your Email Address

Please complete the following steps to change the email address on your BTECH account:

Log in to your account here with the email address originally used to set up the account. Go to the sidebar menu on the left to access the “Account details” page:

Use the email address field to update your email address.

Scroll down and click the “Save Changes” button to save your changes.

View Your Orders

Log in to your account.

Click the “Orders” link from your account menu.

You will see a summary view that shows the number, date, status, total cost, and available options associated with your orders.
Order statuses indicate progress in our fulfillment process.

  • Pending payment — we need to receive payment from you to start processing your order. There is a Pay button in your account where you can take care of this.
  • Processing —BTECH is reviewing your order. We may need to review your application before accepting you into a training or our warehouse may need to ship physical products to you.
  • Completed —BTECH has reviewed and finalized your order.

Pay for a Pending Order

Log in to your account.

Click the “Orders” link from your account menu.

If an order is waiting for payment, the Status will show as Pending payment. Click the “Pay” button next to that order.

Please review the details of your order to ensure they are accurate.

Check the box to agree to the BTECH terms and conditions.

Click “Continue to payment.”

Enter your credit card information and click the pay button.

Save Your Credit Card as a Payment Method

Log in to your BTECH account.

Navigate to the “Payment Methods” section.

To add a new card, select the “Add payment method” button.

Then, enter your credit card details.

To save the information, select “Add payment method.”

You may save multiple credit cards to your account.

To change the default credit card for use when you check out, click the “Make default” button next to your card.

When you check out, you will have the option to select which credit card you would like to use for your purchase. The form will use your default card unless you change it during your checkout process.

Edit Attendee Information for Tickets You Purchased

Log in to your account.

Go to our events page and click on the training you will be attending.

Scroll down to the Attend section.

If you are logged in to the account that was used to purchase the tickets, you will see a link that says “View your Tickets.” Click on the link.

Click on “Toggle attendee info” to enter or edit attendee information for each ticket.

When you are finished, click the Update Tickets button.
