Behavioral Tech Account Support

Log in to Your Account

  • Click the link at the top right of any page on the Behavioral Tech website that says “My Account.”
  • Enter your email address and password under the Login heading.
  • Click Login.

Reset Your Password

Reset your password through your account dashboard.

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click the Edit Account link on your dashboard.
  • Under Password Change, enter your current password and confirm your new password.
  • Click the Save changes button.

Reset your password using the “Lost Password” page.

  • Navigate to the Lost Password page. A link is located below the Login button when you navigate to the My Account page.
  • Enter your email address. This should be the primary email address on your account.
  • Click Reset Password.
  • Check your email for a link where you can reset your password. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive an email within five minutes.
